To Begin:
Please complete the secure form below to create your provider account. Once submitted and verified, you will be guided to register your user account and complete the training/assessment for Inducen® products. Once you have passed the assessment, a member of our team will look over your credentials and assessment results, and if everything is in order you will receive access to the Inducen® store and can begin placing orders.

Why Certification Is Required:
Our formulas are based on Induced Native Phage Technology (INPT™)—a signal-calibrated method designed to work with the body’s native bacteriophage populations. To ensure proper implementation and patient safety, all providers must complete the following:
Step 1: Complete INPT Training
This concise online module covers:
- The science behind INPT and native phage activation
- Signal-based formulation principles
- Clinical use cases and safety considerations
- Dosing logistics and product navigation
- Legal and regulatory use guidelines
Step 2: Pass the Access Assessment
You’ll complete a short, multiple-choice test to confirm your understanding of INPT and the Inducen® product line. Upon passing, your account will be fully approved for order fulfillment.
Who Is Eligible:
This program is currently available to licensed healthcare professionals, including: MD, DO, ND, DC, DDS, DVM, NP, PA and other state-recognized designations with appropriate scope of practice.
